Shipping

 
For most orders we use Royal Mail, and depending on the value of the item, it will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery.  At or discretion we may use other courier services, in the event of industrial action at Royal Mail. When free shipping is offered, we hold the right to remove this offer at any stage, this will not affect any orders already placed.
 
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that your package is delivered to you, errors do happen, should you fail to receive your package you should contact us within 14 days from the date after the day of dispatch. 
 
We aim to keep all customers informed of their order process through the customer account section, however this is only an indication of where your order is at and not an accurate representation.

Returns:

Should you receive your goods in a faulty, damaged or the goods are missing or not as ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, either via letter or email verbal communication does not constitute a returns request.  Upon your returns application being accepted the goods must be returned in their original packaging and with the correct postage, which is born by the customer.

This does not affect your statutary rights.

You have a right of cancellation
- You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below). 

- To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by letter or Email, giving details of the goods ordered and
  (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

- If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost
   The goods must be  returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. 

-  Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your
   credit card for the goods. 

-  If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. 
  
-  You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
